What it was

Saved searches are one of the highest-retention features on mobile.de — users with an active saved search return 3.4x more often than those without. The existing saved search UI was a flat list with no visual differentiation between searches with new listings and those with none. The v2 redesign introduces a "new listings" badge, a last-updated timestamp, and one-tap filtering from the saved search card. Hypothesis: reducing friction to re-engage with a saved search increases weekly active use and return visit rate.
